A: We primarily use full-grain and top-grain cowhide leather sourced from reputable tanneries known for high-quality, durable hides.

Q: Are your leather products handmade?
A: Yes, all leather goods are crafted by hand here at RED HORSE LEATHER, ensuring attention to detail and superior craftsmanship.

Q: IS THE WOOL YOU USE FOR ADDITIONAL DETAILING ETHICALLY SOURCED?
A: Yes, Actually, RABBIT wool used in my work comes straight from the rabbits on my farm. they are cared for and loved every day by me. ANY SHEEP WOOL HAS BEEN PURCHASED BY LOCAL SHEEP FARMERS, RAW, AND THEN PROCESSED AND DYED BY ME.

Q: How do I care for my leather product?
A: To maintain the quality of your leather, avoid excessive exposure to water and direct sunlight. Use a leather conditioner periodically to keep it supple and clean it with a dry or slightly damp cloth.

Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes, we welcome custom orders. Please contact me with your specific requirements, and we will work with you to create a personalized leather product.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Standard orders typically ship within 7-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the design and complexity.

Q: What is your return or exchange policy?
A: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Q: Can leather color vary from the pictures shown?
A: Yes, due to the natural characteristics of leather and variations in screen settings, colors may slightly differ from what you see online.

Q: Do you offer repair services for your products?
A: We do offer repair services for items purchased from RED HORSE LEATHER. Please reach out to us with details and photos of the product needing repair.

Q: Do you offer repair services for leather items that are not red horse leather items?
A: I do offer leather repair services for leather goods that do not originate in my studio. first, look and see if the original creator for your leather piece offers repairs. if not, please contact me and i can see what I can do. please note, that I may or may not be able to repair your piece. this is on a case-by-case basis.
